What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? This is not tied to a physical space. It is a web based platform.
Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. N/A
What is the event's run of show? Include any planned activities and entertainment. Quests that allow Doodle holders to engage with each other and branded events in a fun and rewarded way.
What are you hoping to accomplish through this event? Increase engagement and interest in the Doodle IP.
Please detail the budget plan that accounts for all projected expenses to be assumed by the Inkubator, as well as any other participating parties or sponsors. Be sure to include any potential revenue sources. This would vary depending on which Doodle touch points that the leadership team would like to reward. We would love an opportunity to demo what we've built so far.
What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? The platform itself is intended to be a marketing engine driving engagement and attention. Every tweet, IRL or virtual event, touch point to the Doodle brand is a potential opportunity to reward a holder.
