Description

  1. Koodles (the Korean Doodlers community) want to host a community meetup / side event during HELLO NFT! (https://www.hellonft.live/en). HELLO NFT! is an event for everyone interested in merging of culture and technology.
  2. The event is hosted by a Doodler (@youngsunlive), where the Doodles team member(@austin_hurwitz) will be present officially for the first time in Asia.
  3. So We, Koodles, are organizing an amazing and memorable party in Seoul for the Doodles community for the first time in Asia. We look forward to spending a night filled with frens, drinks, dancing, networking, celebrating the hot dood summer vibes that have begun globally.
  4. Our aim is to create a platform where holders and their plus ones can gather, mingle, enjoy themselves, engage in stimulating conversations with individuals who share similar interests, and let loose on the dance floor. But no shoeys! We feel that Doodles are not about shoeys.
  5. We are also excited we'd be among the first with the Inkubator program! Really excited to meet the OG holders and the broader community in Seoul for the first time.

What are you hoping to accomplish through this event?

  1. Koodles' primary objective is to shine a spotlight on the Doodles community and establish a prominent presence for Doodles during HELLO NFT! in Seoul. This is particualrly a special opportunity for the community to meet the Doodles team member, Austin.
  2. We aim to foster deeper connections among the Doodles community in Asia that go beyond typical crypto conference events. In particular, Koodles will collaborate with HELLO NFT! and provide conference GA tickets for our OG holders in Seoul so the local community can participate at the team's panel talk in person.
  3. Our goal is to capture captivating and viral content during the party and throughout the week of HELLO NFT!, leaving a lasting impression on the global Web3 space.
  4. By hosting this event, we want to showcase a proof of concept for future large-scale events and meet-ups for Doodle holders in collaboration with other prominent communities. We will also be able to let everyone know what Inkubator provides for the OG holders!
  5. We strive to promote collaboration between community members and the Doodles team and creators, bringing more of these remarkable events and experiences to life.
  6. This event demonstrates Koodles' ongoing commitment to nurturing a thriving and engaged community of Doodles holders.

Please detail the budget plan that accounts for all projected expenses to be assumed by the Inkubator, as well as any other participating parties or sponsors. Be sure to include any potential revenue sources.

  1. Doodles Branded Zone Sponsorship ($6K) - Comes with All OG Holder GA Tickets courtesy of the host

What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event?

  1. Create a Google Form for participant registration
  2. Begin marketing on Twitter and Discord communities with targets as below:
  • Primary target: OG holders and +1s
  • Secondary target: Other NFT community members
  1. Private invitations via HELLO WEB3 conference ticket holders and participants
  • Koodles will collaborate with HELLO WEB3 at the conference venue for a Doodles banner at the rooftop and screen visuals

How will registration / holder check-in be managed?

  1. We will utilize Google Form & Tokenproof app for online/IRL verification process
  2. We will also leniently check participant's registration status via other verification means such as below, but not limited to: (A) Twitter Blue NFT verification (B) Discord role check (Doodler) (C) A mobile wallet holding Metamask/Opensea, etc.
