What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? Spirit of Chicago deporting from Navy Pier in Chicago to Lake Michigan to view the & water show. Capacity can be 100+ but min of 50 total people to reserve an entire deck. We could also explore a shared deck option if less than 50 people total would like to participate.
Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. 50/50% Split is proposed as this would be a more exclusive all inclusive experience for holders.
What is the event's run of show? Include any planned activities and entertainment. A 2-hour cruise on Lake Michigan during the Air and Water Show warm up practice runs. The event would include food, drinks (if funded), DJ, Bags, Foosball, & a rare glimpse at the Air and Water show from the lake. We could get by without a minimum of 50, but we would need 50 to reserve a private deck for the squad.

A chance to get to know each other better in a fun setting with the added bonus of being able to view the air and water show practice runs (a very underrated day IMO). I would like to showcase the power of the Doodlebank and holder empowerment to host such events. I would like to leverage my content creation request for the CAMP opening for this even as well. I would make a video outlining the entire journey since joining the ecosystem with the purchase of a Dooplicator all the way through to the hosting of a fun and successful event.

My proposed budget for $7500 would be to fund 25 OG holders and their +1’s to the afternoon cruise on the Spirit of Chicago that includes all you can eat and the premium drink package. This proposal can also be altered to fit another model for an earlier departure without drinks included for $4k. I will also request monies for some signage if we get the private deck to enhance brand awareness while capturing content.

What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? I would push this to discord and twitter channels. I would leverage my network within the web3 space to repost and share the event to gain commitment. As mentioned in my content proposal, I think $100 would be worth while for re-posts of the event on Chicago centric accounts with large followings.
How will registration / holder check-in be managed? I would request for attendees to register via google form with their information including the email attached to their stoodio account holding their OG asset. I would ask of the team to validate submissions for their spot and +1 reservation. I will confirm via email to the holder the details of the event (arrival time, location, do/don’t). Upon arrival to the dock, I will work with the onsite team to check you and your guest in to board the vessel and point you to the Doodle Deck.
