Thank you for taking the time to submit this community event grant proposal to the Inkubator. Unfortunately your proposal did not pass due to the lack of input from the local OG community. When possible, please collaborate with local community members to ensure they have a voice in community events planned within their own geographical region. This will not only increase attendance & interest in the local community but also make it easier for community members to organize moving forward.

What kind of community event are you organizing? community meetup

What's the name of the event? Doodles x Token 2049 Community Meetup

What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? WeWork Singapore Is an amazing location and can fit 120 people

What are you hoping to accomplish through this event? Token 2049 is the top event attracting top founders , investors and influencers all coming to Singapore this year.

We are planning to make this event as the main Asia Web3 gathering for Doodles community from the region and globally this is super important.

Next year we will have one during Japan Web3 Week as well.

Please detail the budget plan that accounts for all projected expenses to be assumed by the Inkubator, as well as any other participating parties or sponsors. Be sure to include any potential revenue sources. here is the breakdown Venue is $455 per hour, for 2 hours (7pm to 9pm) = $910 Event Management and Cleaning Fee = $500 Total: $1365 + $500 = $1410 $1410 + 8% GST = $1522.80

Food snacks and drinks 3500

We will have to look for other sponsors if we will need more then the 5k

What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? We just listed the event to the coming soon official token 2049 list - as time is running and we have 60 days to make it work .

We will also promote it on social media and bring the VIP top speakers from token 2049 to this event to grow exposure

How will registration / holder check-in be managed? Eventbrite with a Google docs registration form before
