Description
Pre-Party for the OG holders for the CAMP opening event. This would be at 5iron Golf just a short walk from the CAMP store on North Avenue. This would a golf flavored mixer for holders to schmooze, play foosball, shuffle board, golf, drink and eat. Get a chance for holders to get to know each other before the big experience reveal Team Space: On approval Days until launch: 8 Requested Budget (USD): 1700

Burry & the local 5iron team. I would handle the registration for the event and the 5i team would check people into our space where we'll have food and 2 drink tickets per person.

What's the name of the event? Putt it and GTFO - CAMP Pre-party
What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? 5iron golf. Capable of holding 150 people with 10 golf simulators, bar, games, food, drink and a cool atmosphere.
Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. 30. Intent on 30 Holders, could be opened to +1's if not that much interest. Space can be scaled up or down depending on interest in the event. We would run the event from at 3:30pm-5:30pm CST the day of the CAMP opening (aug 17th).
What is the event's run of show? Include any planned activities and entertainment. Food, Drinks, Golf, Foosball, Shuffleboard, Music, Networking.
What are you hoping to accomplish through this event? Meet people, have a few sodas, swing some clubs and put faces to jpegs and handles.

What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? I will run twitter pole and discord announcement to gage interest. Can create a short video to hype the event as well.
How will registration / holder check-in be managed? google forms. Will need studio ID emails to confirm they are holding an OG.
