- The projected OG holder attendee breakdown provided (20% of 50 people) does not meet the minimum requirement of 50% of greater.
- The majority of visiting holders will likely be out of town by Sunday evening, so we feel the timing of this event will only be able to benefit a handful of OG holders.

What's the name of the event? Ginos and Martys Chicago Meetup
What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? Gino's and Marty's is a narrative-driven Chicago Italian Restaurant that tells a local prohibition-era story with a modern luxury twist. Capacity 100 people.
Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. 50 people with 20% of who will be Doodles holders
What is the event's run of show? Include any planned activities and entertainment. kick off 6pm open bar and dj 6-8pm Celebrity chef meet n great 7pm
What are you hoping to accomplish through this event? To get Doodle holder to come together and make memories that will last a lifetime.
Please detail the budget plan that accounts for all projected expenses to be assumed by the Inkubator, as well as any other participating parties or sponsors. Be sure to include any potential revenue sources. 2500 per hour, 2 hour minimum upto 50 people
What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? Flyer created and blasted out on event organizers social channels as well as Gino's and Marty's social channels.
How will registration / holder check-in be managed? Rsvp will be coordinated through event organizers email and check in will be managed by the front desk hostess.
