What's the name of the event? Doods on Roller: Doodles Hong Kong Roller Skating Adventure
What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? Founded in 2021 by a group of roller skating fans. Located at Quarry Bay Kodak House, this indoor sports centre comprises a beginner-friendly rink of painted cement, and hardwood rink for experienced skaters.

Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. -60 attendees -50%+ doodles holders (including dooplicator and genesis box owners. If over capacity, priority will be given to OG doodles.)
-We believe that in this nft bear market, we can also let more nft holders outside of the doodles community feel the vibe of the doodles community, so will open up some spots for nft holders outside of the community, such as bayc

By creating an exciting and immersive experience, we intend to connect Doodles enthusiasts on a deeper level and strengthen their bond with the Doodles community.
2.Showcasing Doodles' Vibe to the Wider NFT Community During Apefest: Capitalizing on the prime opportunity presented by Apefest, which gathers the largest congregation of NFT enthusiasts, our goal is to radiate the captivating ambiance of Doodles to a broader spectrum of the NFT community. By weaving the distinctive essence of Doodles into this event, we aim to leave a lasting impression and introduce its allure to an expansive audience.
3.Crafting an Unconventional Event Experience Through Roller Skating: Differentiating itself from conventional meet-and-greet sessions, this event will provide an exceptional encounter through the medium of Roller Skating. By orchestrating a roller skating experience with Doodles-themed embellishments, we aspire to deliver a dynamic and novel interaction for participants. What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? As the largest nft event in the world, Apefest will then be held in Hong Kong, which will be a travel destination for many doodles holders, in addition to many other crowds from the nft community. This event will be publicized through the momentum of apefest. Setting it the day before apefest opens will maximize the appeal to nft holders who arrive in Hong Kong early.

I was well prepared for this event.
It has been largely coordinated with the venue. And I have sketches of the venue's decorations ready for the community council to view.
As Hong Kong is a small city with a high cost of living, I hope that the community council will consider raising the budget limit so that the event can be held smoothly.
I am open to any ideas that will help the event run smoothly, for example, ways to sell tickets and merchs as income to ease the pressure on the community banks.
Standing on the shoulders of giants is very helpful. That's why I chose to organize this event at apefest Hong Kong. Apefest comes with a huge NFT crowd flow that can host a truly global gathering of doodles holders at the best value for money.
