On the eve of Apefest 2023, the world's largest nft event, a community event unlike any other was held at a professional indoor roller skating rink in Hong Kong to create a new experience for the global doodles holders in attendance and share the vibe of the doodles community to the wider nft community that converged in the area. What's the name of the event? Doods on Roller: Doodles Hong Kong Roller Skating Adventure

What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? Founded in 2021 by a group of roller skating fans. Located at Quarry Bay Kodak House and Lai Chi Kok D2 Place, this sports centre comprises a beginner-friendly rink of painted cement, and hardwood rink for experienced skaters.

It has hosted Adidas business events and is a local sports center that combines accessibility and cost-effectiveness.

Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. We'll prioritize OG holders, followed by dooplicator and genesis box owners. Of course, also welcome nft enthusiasts who gather in Hong Kong because of the big Hong Kong festivals.Give them a taste of the doodles community so that they can join doodles in the future!

What are you hoping to accomplish through this event? 1.we wanted to use this event to create a new community meetup experience for holders in Asia who do not have the opportunity to travel stateside. While geographic distance may make it difficult for them to physically participate in events within the U.S., by hosting the event in Hong Kong, we are able to bring this wonderful experience to them. Not only does this provide a platform for them to interact, network and share with other holders, but it also allows them to feel the cohesion and warmth of a global community.

1. Hong Kong, as a place where East meets West, provides an ideal venue to realize the second objective. Hosting events in this international city can bring together holders from Asia, Europe and America. It is not only a clash of cultures, but also a fusion of emotions. By organizing events in Hong Kong, we are able to facilitate exchanges between people of different backgrounds and strengthen the emotional ties between them, thus building a closer community network on a global scale.
2. with the huge amount of foot traffic at ApeFest Hongkong, we have the opportunity to spread the vibe and culture of the Doodles community far and wide. This event will serve as a platform to showcase the unique characteristics of the Doodles community and attract new holders to join. Whether it's through on-site displays and interactive experiences at the event, or through online social media communication, we will be able to expose more people to the ideas, energy and creativity that the Doodles community promotes, thus further enriching the diversity and vibrancy of the community.

All in all, this event is not just a simple meetup, but a bridge between Asia and the world. Through unique event experiences and cultural dissemination, it achieves the three major goals of creating a sense of community belonging, strengthening emotional links and expanding the community's influence for holders with different needs.

Please detail the budget plan that accounts for all projected expenses to be assumed by the Inkubator, as well as any other participating parties or sponsors. Be sure to include any potential revenue sources. I am here to explain to you the reasonableness of the various costs in our event budget, especially taking into account the high price environment in the international city of Hong Kong, the venue we have chosen to host the event.

1.venue fee is US$4,500, which includes full use of the venue for 3 hours, beverage supply for each participant, as well as roller skating instruction and free roller skating rights. Venue rental costs are generally high in Hong Kong, especially for centrally located venues or those with special facilities. Considering the high quality of service and experience that our events need to provide, including instructional services and roller skating rights, venue costs are justified in this budget.

1. the design and venue decorations cost $1,000, which includes arches that people can glide through, doodles of rainbow decorations that wrap around the room, and more. Unique visual experiences and artistic elements are crucial to attracting participants and enhancing the value of the event. We wanted to create a strong doodles art atmosphere through the décor so that every participant could experience this creativity.
2. Logistics cost of $1000 covers the transportation of materials on site and cleanup at the end of the day. In a busy city like Hong Kong, logistics and cleanup costs are often challenged by labor and time. Ensuring that on-site materials are on time and that the event is cleaned up quickly after the event is an important part of keeping the event running smoothly, so logistics costs are reasonable and necessary in this environment.
3. the cost of merch US$500, merchs designed by me and cupcat would be distributed to everyone in attendance. This not only helps to make memories, but also strengthens the brand recognition of the event.

Although our proposal has a budget cap of $5,000, we kindly ask the Community Council to give due consideration to the high price environment of Hong Kong, where the event will be held. The reasonableness and necessity of these costs have been thoroughly thought out and weighed, and we are confident that a modest increase in the budget will help ensure the quality and success of the event. We sincerely ask for your support so that we can organize a memorable event in the vibrant and creative city of Hong Kong.

What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? 1.Twitter, share visually appealing posts showcasing the event's highlights. Regular posts featuring the event's unique elements like the doodles-inspired decorations, skating experiences, and the merchs can create anticipation and engagement.

Because we have a lot of local web3 resources in Hong Kong, we are able to let local or arriving local people know about the event. I would like to take this opportunity to re-emphasize that the preparations for this event have been well thought out and carefully planned. While we realize that due to the high price environment in Hong Kong, the cost of the event is beyond the budget of a traditional meetup proposal, I am confident that the uniqueness and value of this event will bring unparalleled positive energy to our community.

We are seeking not just an ordinary meetup, but a unique experience that combines elements of innovation and sports. In one of the most heavily trafficked cities in the Apefest, and a city where holders from around the world gather, we have the opportunity to create a meetup experience for holders like no other. By combining sports and art, we were able to bring the Doodles culture to life while communicating our unique appeal to communities like BAYC.

As an experienced event planner, I understand the importance of every detail. We put a lot of time and effort into everything from venue selection to décor and design in an effort to present you with a memorable event. I promise that I am willing to work closely with the Community Council and accept any suggestions and comments you may have to ensure a smooth event.

I sincerely ask for the understanding and support of the Community Council not to reject this proposal simply because of budgetary concerns.
