Doodles x MET AMS Meetup We plan to have an official community meetup during the MET AMS festival in Amsterdam https://met-ams.com/ With Ingi joining us, confirmed on the MET AMS Speakers Website (https://met-ams.com/#speakers-and-creators)

What kind of community event are you organizing? community meetup

What's the name of the event? MET AMS Doodles Community Event (Powered by Inkubator)

What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? We will have 100 people max at the main Mindspace Dam square prime location in Amsterdam

Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. 100 max attendees with a minimum of 60 (30 holders and +1).

What is the event's run of show? Include any planned activities and entertainment. 6:30-7:00 PM Registration 7:00-7:30 PM Opening words by Nir Ingi (MET AMS Confirmed Speaker), possibly Julian if he decide to join ,and MET AMS founders. 8:00- 10:00 PM Networking, drinks, snacks

What are you hoping to accomplish through this event? Doodles first event in Amsterdam is a boost to our EU Events gatherings and a build up for the London hackathon we are planning also in November. Good to announce it also during this event and using the fact that Ingi will speak on the main stage of MET AMS it’s a win win for the Doodles Community. https://met-ams.com/

Please detail the budget plan that accounts for all projected expenses to be assumed by the Inkubator, as well as any other participating parties or sponsors. Be sure to include any potential revenue sources. Venue = $1500 Food & drinks = $3000 30 Doodle Holders (+1) = 60 Attendees / $3000 = $50 per Attendee for Food and Beverages Printing Banners and Marketing Communication = $500

What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? We will be an official MET AMS Event and use the bigger event to drive people from the doodles community to come to Amsterdam. Theres also a solana hacker house during that time so many will come to Amsterdam and the fact that ingi will speak at MET AMS can boost the attendance from doodles holders

How will registration / holder check-in be managed? Yes via eventbrite with a special code.

Please list any participating organizations & sponsors (if applicable). We don’t have but will ask Mindspace for a discount and also Hoxton Hotel to give discount for Doodle holders . We will look for more food / alcohol brands to sponsor
