For now, this would be a one-man experiment in which I plan, conduct and evaluate the courses. In a possible future, expanding the team would make sense to onboard people from different areas of expertise.

What’s the key hypothesis your proposal tests that could bring value to the brand and holders? The key hypothesis my proposal tests is that offering an online Procreate course exclusively for holders will enhance the brand's value by providing a unique and valuable learning opportunity. This course aims to empower NFT holders with the skills and knowledge to create digital art using Procreate, thereby increasing the perceived value and utility of their beloved Doodles.

What’s the distinct value proposition of your proposal? This course is customized to meet the needs and interests of Doodle Holders, providing a earning experience that directly aligns with their love for BurntToast art.

Can your proposal be scaled and replicated if successful? Yes, if the Procreate course proves successful, it can be scaled and replicated for other NFT projects or communities within the digital art space. The course structure and content can serve as a template, allowing for easy adaptation to cater to different NFT collections, thus expanding its reach and impact. Also different other courses are possible.

Does your proposal introduce a new benefit for OG Doodles? Yes, it will be free for Doodle OGs

How will your proposal broaden the appeal of Doodles to new audiences? My proposal to offer an online Procreate course for Doodles NFT holders will broaden the appeal of Doodles to new audiences in several ways:

1)Educational Value: By providing an educational opportunity related to digital art and Procreate, Doodles NFTs become more attractive to artists, digital creators, and individuals interested in learning new skills. This draws in a segment of the audience who may not have considered NFTs before.

2)Community Building: The course fosters a sense of community among Doodles NFT holders who share an interest in art and digital creation. This sense-of-togetherness can attract new users who want to be part of this supportive and creative network.

3)Utility: Doodles NFTs gain practical utility as holders can now use their assets to access valuable educational content. This adds a layer of functionality to the NFTs, appealing to those who seek more than just collectibles.

Word-of-Mouth Marketing: Satisfied course participants are likely to spread the word about Doodles and the benefits of being part of the community, attracting friends and peers who share their interests.

Does your proposal have the potential to increase revenue for our holders or the Inkubator? Yes, my proposal has the potential to increase revenue for both Doodles NFT holders and the Inkubator. Here's how:

  1. Increased NFT Value: Putting their new skills to use, Doodle Holders will create artworks connected to their doodles thus spreading awareness on social media, thereby possibly raising floor price by demand.
  2. Monetization Opportunity: The Inkubator can generate revenue by offering the Procreate course as a paid service to Doodles NFT holders. This not only covers the cost of course development but also generates income for the Inkubator, especially if the course gains popularity.

Is your proposal structured to self-sustain its expenses? If opened to public by e.g. subscriptions it can self-sustain in the future.

I consider this project a unique opportunity to put my skills to use and create doodle-themed content and give back to a community that has given me so much and been a part of my life for more than 2 years now.
