Description

Inkubator Thursday Night: A halloween themed doodles community gathering at Bloodmanor Haunted House in New York City. Our plan is to have food/drinks together before, take photos in a spooky-themed photo booth with doodly props, and embark on an exclusive haunted house tour with actors, cast, and the community.

Etan aka sticker dood (myself): I am planning, organizing, and hosting Inkubator Fright Night. I run a sticker business called “Jpeg kings”, I have been to numerous Doodles events, and I am excited to do a little doodles community spooky szn in Tribeca. I will also manage payment of vendors for catering, photo booth rental, artwork, and the tour. Working with countless community members as sticker clients and for collabs for IRL events I am familiar with numerous artists to get the artwork and designs done in a timely manner. I have made custom tote bags for the JKB NFT NYC Electro Heaven party so I am more than capable of getting some made for this event.

What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? Blood Manor is a first class haunted house attraction comprised of approximately 10,000 square feet of themed rooms, corridors, and a labyrinth of passageways designed to to maximize ones fears

Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. est. 30-75 attendees (OG Doodles Holders + optional plus one), est. 75% will be OG Doodles Holders,

What is the event's run of show? Include any planned activities and entertainment. Time schedule 6:00 - 10:00pm Meet & greet opens and will remain open for the duration of the event Photo Booth: A spooky-themed photo booth where attendees can take photos with their favorite Doodle artworks in the backdrop. I liked a lot what Ziddy did and getting a cutout with Doodles x Halloween theme as well as a statue of Liberty dood from NFT NYC 2022 Take pictures, meet holders (food and drink hour outside blood manor with inside lounge) 7:00pm -9:30pm tour starts in groups Exclusive Haunted Tour: An exclusive tour of the Bloodmanor Haunted House, featuring meetings with the actors and cast. (I did a walkthrough and blew all my expectations

What are you hoping to accomplish through this event? We’re looking to host a fun halloween themed night over some laughs and screams, Our focus is community engagement so we can foster a closer bond with fellow OG Doodle holders. Leaning in to a holiday that can also be fun for adults, the haunted house night is definitely a great experiential meet up beyond just grabbing a bite with drinks.

in addition, Burnt Toast’s solo art exhibit Drunk Tank Pink will be open so it would be a great for OG holders to see the gallery while they are in Manhattan as well!

Please detail the budget plan that accounts for all projected expenses to be assumed by the Inkubator, as well as any other participating parties or sponsors. Be sure to include any potential revenue sources. NOTE: THE BUDGET CAN BE ACCOMODATED TO MEET THE 5K CAP ALTHOUGH 2.5K IS PEANUTS FOR THE UPSIDE HERE

Budget Breakdown Venue:Flat fee up to 75 Doodles $3500

What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? We will begin by announcing the event in a tweet with the announcement flier as the asset and include the tokenproof link in the tweet. On the same day we will have mushy post a discord announcement/ping including events details and tokenproof sign up links. We will leverage TGID to share and will seek out Official Doodles account RT to help spread it further.

I personally will make my rounds around the city throwing stickers and making hype content in anticipation of the event

We will post reminders and countdowns to the event.

We are expecting folks to post pictures with their halloween themed tote bags with their friends and we plan to work with Kat to come up with a unitary hashtag to route all of the event photos with ease.

I will document the event and make posts on my page @etanboss as well to provide guaranteed content creation. We will also have a photographer on-site who’s photos I will be sharing to do a recap thread of the event with!

Regarding signs ups I plan to work with Kat and Mushy to coordinate tokenproof for headcount and tokengating. At this moment without a tokenproof sign up available yet, the total number of attendees is still up in the air. We are projecting between 25 and 50 OG Doodles holders and can hold a max of 75. Final determinations for catering and tour admissions will be made once the Tokenproof sign up window closes. Any additional funding that spills over and is not used will be returned to the Inkubator
