Description

GTF In Here” is a hybrid event/activation that endeavors to not only reward existing holders, but to expand the Doodles community by bringing new holders into the ecosystem. Our plan is to target non-holders who are within the target demographic during the ComplexCon conference in mid-November.

The event will be positioned as the hottest ticket in town for both holders and non-holders alike; however, admission will be FREE for holders and $99 for non-holders - with a firm limited capacity of 200 attendees. Non-holders who elect to purchase a doodle will receive immediate access to the event with no entry fee on a FCFS basis - not to exceed 200 people total.

The event itself will be a highly FOMO-driven and festive occasion consisting of an amazing venue (Beverly Hills mansion with 360 views), food, open bar, live DJ, free prizes, and a "Dood Bag" swag bag filled with Doodles merch and sponsored merch for all attendees. There will also be two key prizes, as detailed below.

Total attendees will be limited to 200. It is anticipated that 50%+ of attendees will be holders, and the balance non-holders. Non-holders will consist of people involved in the Web3 space or part of the Web2 pop culture, art and music world (i.e., people attending ComplexCon). How this idea came to be: I noticed that mixer events for the most part have no problem getting approved/funded. But personally, I wanted to see more happen with these funds. I asked myself how I could utilize a mixer event as a vehicle to do something bigger and better… and that led to this idea. Of course, I support the notion of funding small mixer events and personal business ventures; however, I also believe Inkubator proposals can and should be designed to deliberately reward the community and expand the brand through creative strategies that build hype and grow the community of holders. These are the two core tenets of the Community Council mission statement. If this “experiment” succeeds, it can be used as a template for similar growth activations down the road. It could be productized as a holder growth strategy.

Hybrid budget: Events, Rewards, Custom

Questionnaire

What unique benefit(s) or experience(s) does this project provide for the holders of the originals Doodles collection? Holders get immediate access to the event, which will include food/canapés, wine, cocktails, live DJ, random prizes, and a gift bag. Holders also benefit tangentially through higher demand for holder inclusion and brand recognition.

How might this project affect the overall value of the original Doodles collection: This event aims to expand the Doodles community by converting non-holders within the Web3 target demographic to purchase a Doodles and become members of the community. The primary purpose of this activation is to onboard new holders and create new fans for the brand.

How does this initiative relate to Doodles' brand identity and values? The Doodles brand will be actively marketed / hyped to members of the larger Web3 community, and will take place during the ComplexCon conference in late November in the greater Los Angeles area. The goal is to convert non-holders into holders, while garnering attention for the brand and catering to the existing Doodles community.

What aspects of this project could appeal to the Doodles community? This event provides Doodles community members with a great opportunity to gather together, have a great time, and welcome new entrants to the Doodles ecosystem. Holders who are otherwise geographically unable to attend the event can still participate in the random prize drawings and the possibility of winning a free trip to LA.

If any, what are the projected financial outcomes of this project for Inkubator? There is no revenue stream per se; however, this hybrid event is the first of its kind... and intended to lift all boats by creating hype, brand recognition, new holders, and something memorable to talk about.

Can you describe the team's skills, past performance and credentials? See above profiles

Who are the target audiences for this project? The primary target audience consists of non-holder yet legitimate members of the larger Web3 community. That said, the secondary goal is to reward Doodles holders and use this vehicle to enable the onboarding strategy.

Why is now the right time to fund this project? What does the spending plan look like? ComplexCon is 5 weeks away, so time is of the essence. This is also the right time to continue the momentum initiated at CAMP, whereby Doodles holders and newbies can find something powerful and amazing to hold onto as we turn the corner towards a new bull market.

Could you outline the plan for building awareness for this project once it is launched? Twitter/X and Discord, piggybacking off the Doodles, TGID and personal social accounts. Viral looping game mechanic in the waitlist feature. FOMO and work of mouth at the ComplexCon event itself, including flyers and helpers walking the event.

What is the projected timeline for the completion of this project? November 18th at midnight or later.
