Event Description:

Purpose: To provide a place for Doodles attending Consensus or local to Austin to gather, have fun, network at the conference.

Event Location:

Ironworks BBQ 100 Red River St, Austin, TX 78701

Venue Description:

Local BBQ restaurant where we can rent the back room and patio, 25-80 person capacity. Features: proximity to conference and texas vibes.

Event Schedule:

Mostly socializing with the possibility of a fireside chat and broken up by small happenings like wearables giveaways and the like.

Registration Process:

We would love to use tokenproof but luma will be sufficient if needed

Expected Registrants:

25 is minimum for the room

Detailed Budget:

Private areas rental: $750 Food $60 pp x 25 = $1500 Beers by consumption $6 x 4pp = $600 Art for marketing materials and life size cutouts + printing = $975 Custom hat station - sponsored by flow foundation Videographer: $750-1000

Marketing

Marketing Plan:

Leverage TGID, Tony and I’s socials as well as flow we should be able to get the word out

Materials:

Main decorations are 3 cardboard life size doodles with cowboy hats plus a photo op station

Content Capture:

Contracting a local videographer and we will incentivize the community to share using a tweet template and a QR code
