  • Quests and Challenges: Creating customizable quests for users to engage with content, participate in community events, and support each other's projects.
  • Referral Codes: Introducing a referral code system to encourage community growth and interaction.

Social Repair Mechanics: Introducing features like "ship repair" where users can assist each other to maintain engagement. Content Highlighting: Mechanisms for promoting user-generated content, such as featuring community creators and their projects. Event Participation Tracking: Advanced features to track and reward participation in community events, both online and offline.

Detailed Budget:

The initial $15k budget request is to setup and white label a new implementation of the platform, assign and train brand ambassadors as administrators of the platform, and consult on engagement concepts and ideas to increase awareness and participation. We plan to submit a future proposal that will encompass roadmap features such as a Warpcast integration.
