What kind of community event are you organizing? community meetup

What's the name of the event? Doodles x Dubai Web3 Week

What can you tell us about the venue and capacity? WeWork Dubai can host 120 people for our gathering

Could you break down the anticipated number of attendees? Include the projected percentage of attendees who will be Doodles holders. 50 Doodle holders and +1s out of 120 people attending

What is the event's run of show? Include any planned activities and entertainment. 6:30 PM Registration 7:00 PM Opening remarks 7:30 - 10 PM Networking, drinks , snacks

What are you hoping to accomplish through this event? Dubai and the Middle East is an important region, MENA has showed leadership in Web3 , Metaverse and Dubai is at the forefront as a global hub.

We plan to bring the doodle community from all over the area and use bigger events like Future Blockchain Summit , GiTex taking place at the same week in October to help us bring the attention and buzz for the Doodles community

Please detail the budget plan that accounts for all projected expenses to be assumed by the Inkubator, as well as any other participating parties or sponsors. Be sure to include any potential revenue sources. Venue 1000 Food snacks & drinks 4000

If we find other sponsors we might move to another location with VR, AR and more innovative technologies but it will cost another 5K

What is the marketing and promotional plan to generate demand for the event? We are working with GiTex Future of Blockchain as an official side event using thier marketing and connections in this region. Also we will invite thier VIPs to attend and that will give up more content and marketing exposure

How will registration / holder check-in be managed? Google doc and eventbrite code for the holders

This event will be at the best time to be in Dubai , right after our Berlin event so it will create the right attention also leading for the Amsterdam and London events in November
