Introduction

The Inkubator invites Doodles’ OG Holders to submit proposals for a community-led event or meetup experience during the BlockShow by Cointelegraph event scheduled to take place in Hong Kong, China from May 8 to May 9, 2024.

Objectives

The BlockShow 2024 RFP aims to:

Provide event organizers in the Doodles community an opportunity to execute a higher scaled event through the Inkubator.
Create an Inkubator by Doodles event experience for attendees of BlockShow in Hong Kong.

Scope of Work

Selected proposal(s) will be responsible for, among other tasks:

Planning, marketing, and preparing for the event.
Hosting, marketing, and documenting content during the event.
Reporting, publishing content, and providing feedback post-event.

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

Previous event planning experience in addition to live-streaming, vlog production, or X (fka Twitter) Spaces operation, as applicable.
Quality of prior event production.
Feasibility of proposed budget and operational plan.
Planned event’s ability to create meaningful impact for attendees.
Previous participation within the Doodles community or experiences.

Submission Guidelines

Proposals must be submitted on Tally.
Proposer must hold at least one (1) digital collectible from the Doodles Original Collection.
Proposer must have previous event production/execution experience.

Proposal Submission Deadline: 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2024
Evaluation Period: April 1, 2024 to April 3, 2024
Notification of Selection: April 3, 2024
