Introduction

Doodles is seeking proposals from experienced Web3 professionals to serve as Web3 Community Outreach Ambassadors. The goal of this program is to engage Doodles community members to act as brand ambassadors within the web3 community including actively reaching out to other communities within web3 to explore potential collaborative marketing and partnership opportunities, including securing whitelist spots to allow OG Holders first opportunities to purchase limited supply tokens. This RFP outlines the objectives, scope of work, proposal requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.

Objectives

The Web3 Community Outreach Ambassador Program aims to:

  1. Enhance the Doodles community's exposure and engagement within the Web3 ecosystem.
  2. Foster partnerships and collaborations with other Web3 projects and platforms.
  3. Secure whitelist spots for OG Holders in new token mints.

Scope of Work

Web3 Community Outreach Ambassadors will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and engaging with potential Web3 partners for potential partnerships
  2. Coordinating with the Doodles team to facilitate meetings and discussions with Web3 partners.
  3. Providing insights and feedback on potential integrations of various tokens, infrastructure, and protocols within the Doodles ecosystem.

Proposal Requirements

Proposals must include:

  1. Professional Background: A detailed account of your experience in the Web3 space, including any previous roles in business development, partnerships or similar positions.
  2. Web3 Ecosystem Exposure: Examples of your involvement and exposure to Web3 ecosystems, highlighting any direct contributions to projects, communities, or platforms.
  3. Strategy Outline: A preliminary strategy on how you plan to identify and engage Web3 partners, including any specific plans around whitelist opportunities.
  4. Expected Compensation: Your proposed contracting fee. Please include any other compensation expectations if applicable.

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

  1. Demonstrated experience and success in the Web3 space.
  2. Understanding of and engagement with the Web3 ecosystem.
  3. Creativity and feasibility of the proposed strategy.
  4. Cost-effectiveness of the proposal.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Proposals must be submitted on Tally.
  2. Proposer must hold at least one (1) digital collectible from the Doodles Original Collection.

Timeline

  • Proposal Submission Deadline: 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2024
  • Evaluation Period: April 1, 2024 to April 19, 2024
  • Notification of Selection: By April 26, 2024
